Corrections
If an explainer is wrong, the desk will publish a dated correction note at the top of the affected page within seven days of confirmation.
What to include
- The page URL.
- The paragraph or section number.
- The exact claim you believe is wrong.
- A reliable counter-source (court order, regulator notice, published rules).
Anonymous tips are accepted for factual corrections only; story tips require a verifiable contact.
Story tips
The desk accepts tips on rule changes at major operators, notable responsible-play feature rollouts, and audit findings. Tips should be specific: name the operator, name the rule, cite the change date if available.

- Operator-versus-operator disputes.
- Player-versus-operator disputes.
- Anonymous allegations without a verifiable source.
Partnership enquiries
The desk accepts no paid placements, no sponsored reviews and no "guest posts" credited to the operator's marketing team. Editorial collaboration with recognised industry bodies (auditors, regulators, helpline operators) is considered case by case.
