Withdrawal verification — wallet, source-of-funds, name match.
Withdrawal verification at a regulated Indian rummy platform typically takes 24 to 72 hours. Three checkpoints matter: the wallet ledger, the source-of-funds check and the bank-account name match.
Wallet ledger
The wallet ledger is the read-only accounting record of the reader's account. The desk expects the operator to expose the ledger inside the account panel, showing:
- Each deposit, with timestamp and method.
- Each withdrawal, with timestamp and status.
- Each bonus credit, with playthrough remaining.
- Each fee or charge, if any.
Editor's note
The desk flags any operator that does not expose the wallet ledger inside the account panel. The ledger is a transparency requirement under PMLA record-keeping rules.
Source-of-funds check
A source-of-funds check asks the reader to confirm that the funds being withdrawn are not the proceeds of fraud, money laundering or identity theft. Triggered for large withdrawals and unusual patterns. Most regulated operators pre-define the trigger threshold on their T&Cs page; the desk reads the threshold when reviewing.
Bank-account name match
The name on the user's bank account must match the name on the verified KYC record. A mismatch triggers a re-KYC workflow rather than a hold — the operator will not silently reject the withdrawal, but will require the reader to update one of the two records.
Turnaround
The desk treats the following turnaround times as the standard for a regulated Indian rummy operator:
- Small withdrawal (under ₹10,000): under 24 hours on weekdays.
- Standard withdrawal (₹10,000 - ₹1,00,000): under 48 hours on weekdays.
- Large withdrawal (above ₹1,00,000): under 72 hours; the source-of-funds check may extend the window.
